- Orders must be placed by 1 PM to be eligible for Same Day / Next Day Delivery.
- Same Day / Next Day Delivery is available only on prepaid orders.
- Same Day / Next Day Delivery charges are non-refundable in case of return/refund of the order.
- If we are unable to deliver the order within the committed Same Day / Next Day Delivery timeline, the additional delivery charges paid for the service will be refunded to the customer.
- Order cancellation is not permitted once a Same Day / Next Day Delivery order has been confirmed.
- The standard return and refund policy for the product value will continue to apply, subject to the applicable terms and eligibility.
